Because fragrance is deeply personal, Fran Profumi is designing a customer care approach that respects both the artistry of niche perfumery and the experience of our members.

Our final returns and refunds policy will be published before the launch of the first discovery experience. It will outline how to request assistance if your delivery arrives damaged, missing items or otherwise does not meet expectations.
